Notification when tournament is full

I would like to suggest an idea for the roadmap.

It concerns the situation when a tournament has reached its maximum number of participants.

The idea:

When someone tries to sign up while the tournament is already full, the organizer himself could set a message that would then become visible.

For example:

"Unfortunately, this tournament is already full. If you want to get on the reserve list, please send an email to [email address]."

This could possibly be applied especially to tournaments that are Bronze or Premium.
